This is a handmade, one-of-a-kind gourd sculpture. It's made from a single "cannonball" gourd, which naturally grew with a large crack down its center. As it grew, it healed over, making a unique jagged edge. This gourd was set aside to be discarded until I found it. The concave ridged pattern was carved with a dremel. Painted with acrylics and metallic powders for a glimmering finish. Mounted on real beach driftwood, sealed with polyurethane. The pearl is an iridescent marble. ***Not for outside display, DO NOT submerge in water***

This is my first faux seashell made from gourds and is quite a character! It measures 4.5 x 5 x 4.5 inches.
